Write to baku@bakukitchen.com — corrections to a dish, a missing country, a recipe that does not work, or anything else about the atlas.
Corrections
Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a dish is wrong — a mistaken origin, a bad translation of a native name, a recipe step that does not work — leave a comment on that dish’s own page. It goes straight to the person who can fix it, and it arrives attached to the dish in question rather than in a pile.
The descriptions and history notes were written from general knowledge and carry no per-fact citation, so corrections from people who actually cook these dishes are worth more here than on most sites.
What this site does not do
Baku Kitchen carries advertising, and it changes nothing about what is written here: no sponsorship, no paid placement, no restaurant listings, and no dish ever appears or ranks because somebody paid for it. Enquiries about any of those will not get a reply.
